With boots, hat, and lasso, Lindsey and Steve’s cowboy engagement was one for the books and we can’t wait to share it with you – it even made these Tex-pats homesick for Texas! Lindsey looked lovely in jeans and her white summer dress and cowgirl boots, and we got some great shots under the trees and in the wildflowers. We even caught the couple limned in a dusky sunset 🙂

We shot their cowboy engagement at Minnehaha Park, one of the most popular parks in the Twin Cities area. One thing we love about it – besides the gorgeous falls – is that the park is versatile! It’s got greenery and trails, famous waterfalls, creeks and rivers, a dog park, and rocky cave walls. Plus, it changes with the seasons, which makes it great for our nature-inspired couples.

I always try to instruct my couples on how to dip and Lindsey and Steve NAILED IT!
