Emily and Chris’s Lift Bridge engagement combined all of our favorite things! Adorable couple? Check! Cute pup? Check! Beautiful scenery? Check check! Coffee?! You betcha 🙂 For this perfect summer day, we went adventuring with Emily and Chris all around the lovely Duluth, Minnesota to capture their contagiously cheerful personalities and showcase their love story in superior fashion!
Whether you’re a North Shore local or a visitor from the Cities, Duluth offers some of the best of Minnesota. The city itself is full of turn-of-the-century charm, including the Aerial Lift Bridge, with tons of local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and distilleries – all on the beautiful shores of Lake Superior. Plus, if you’re looking for a more natural setting, there are tons of gorgeous local and state parks littering the dramatic shoreline of the lake waiting to be explored.

We started the day playing with Emily and Chris’s pup Sydney, a three year old rescue who was as sweet as her humans!

After furry family photos, we headed out to a local park to get into nature and enjoy the beauty of upper Minnesota.

We decided to coffee up at Amity Coffee in Duluth before taking on the city!
