Their venue, the Lakeside Steak and Chophouse of Glenwood, MN, offers a gorgeous wedding hall right on the lakefront with great views and even better photo ops! This venue comes with a supportive staff and and in-house catering, which makes local or getaway wedding planning pretty easy. Plus, it’s just twenty minutes away from Alexandria, MN so there are plenty of options for fun and lodging for your wedding guests.

The morning always starts with prep – and the laughter and joy of family and friends getting the big day in order 🙂

Jill and Chas love to travel, and they shared their travel bucket list with us! From Jill:
“Hawaii, Alaska, Grand Canyon, about 10 other national parks, New Orleans, whale watching off of the coast of Washington or Maine, Norway, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Greece, Italy, Thailand, Cambodia, Japan, India… the list is seriously soooo long.”
We are so excited for them to have these adventures together!

We love capturing those ceremony moments of love and support surrounding the couple from their family and friends 🙂
After the ceremony, the wedding party went on a boat trip around the lake and partied it up!
A fun tradition – every time the bell rang, the couple kissed 🙂

Near the end of the night, we snatched the couple away for some epic sunset shots along the lake shore – an epic perk to a Lakeside Glenwood wedding!
Their reception was full of energy – dancing, cake, a caricature artist!
The night ended with an amazing fireworks display – a perfect bang to celebrate Jill and Chas’s love and end their night in a shower of light! We had a blast capturing their Lakeside Glenwood wedding and we hoped you loved it as much as we did!
