We were absolutely in the love with the sky for Elisabeth and Jason’s Lebanon Hills Park engagement. It was what I like to call ‘a good cloud day’, with beautiful textured skies that hold color and catch the sunset. All in all, it was the perfect compliment to the natural beauty of Lebanon Hills Park and Elisabeth and Jason’s adorable captures.

Lebanon Hills Park is a Dakota County regional park with 2,000 acres of natural landscape criss-crossed in trails for both summer and winter outdoor recreation. Dotted with forest-lined prairie and little lakes, it meets the sky in perfect combination for Minnesota-themed nature shots. South of St. Paul near Eagan, it’s not far from the Twin Cities and a great option if you want to include your pups for your photoshoot (spoiler alert: Elisabeth and Jason did!). It’s also close to a network of other beautiful parks, including Caponi Art Park to the north.
