Allie and Michael’s unique downtown wedding was a lesson in romance! All the little details and wedding colors embraced spring with soft and mossy greens, succulents, and blush pinks. Their energy was contagious from First Look to last dance, and during the ceremony the reading was The Romance by Shel Silverstein 🙂
Allie and Michael held their unique downtown wedding at 413 on Wacouta, a gorgeous Lowertown St. Paul venue. It’s a versatile locale with easy access for guests. It’s also great for couples who want to take advantage of the energy and texture of an urban setting for couples portraits! For more looks like at 413 on Wacouta check out Bethany and Kevin’s wedding, featuring a badass firefighter bride, and Molly and Nathan’s Fourth of July wedding!
“Said the pelican to the elephant,
I think we should marry, I do.
Cause there’s no name that rhymes with me,
And no one else rhymes with you.”
“Said the elephant to the pelican,
There’s sense to what you’ve said,
For rhyming’s as good a reason as any
For any two to wed.”
There was a lot of joy and dancing to go around!
We stole the lovely couple away to catch the sunset and the beautiful St. Paul skyline!
“And so the elephant wed the pelican,
And they dined upon lemons and limes,
And now they have a baby pelicant,
And everybody rhymes.”
Congratulations to the happy couple! Feel free to share your favorite shots in the comments below and spin us your own stories of romance and adventure!
