Not every wedding couple can have three ceremonies but when covid causes a kink in your plans, you do what you can and make the most of it! For Kimberly and Nick, most recently was there Lowertown event center wedding. However, it all started at Summit Manor during the height of covid. Check our their first wedding here. After having a small ceremony with few family members, this couple had been planning their big celebrations for years. They wanted to get married in Mears park once the world settled down.
However, when the date was picked and reception hall booked, they found out there was to be a jazz festival in the park.
Alas, being resilient wedding planners by now, they just leaned into it. After all, they like jazz!
So they hopped on stage in between sets to give the jazz crowd something to talk about afterwards. They quickly shared their vows and rings and made their original wedding dream come true.
The third ceremony followed afterwards at the Lowertown event center for those family and friends who weren’t able to attend the jazz festival. So, with much practice, Kimberly walked down the isle for the last time and was joined with Nick.
This time however, emotions flooded over them both as all the planning and an excitement came to a head. They were finally among friends and family so witness their vows to one another.
Super married, the couple partied the rest of the evening with a speak-easy vibe that the brick and texture of the event space allowed for.
Cheers to the newly and not so newly wed couple! It’s been such a fun journey to witness.
