The Outing Lodge candid wedding was the perfect winter wedding venue for Heidi and Travis. Tucked into Stillwater, Minnesota, the space felt absolutely magical.

Heidi and Travis chose to give marriage another shot after finding their best match in each other. Second weddings are some of my favorites because couples truly understand the meaning of marriage and know exactly what they want from their day. For these two, it was all about capturing real moments through the candid, storytelling photography I love to create.

Since winter can be hit or miss in Minnesota, we were all pleasantly surprised with a fresh snowfall—without the miserable cold attached!

The Outing Lodge fit their vision beautifully, looking like a German fairytale inside and out. With its grand fireplaces, rich wood interiors, and charming Christmas décor, the entire celebration felt warm, festive, and utterly lovely.
