Today we get to share with you Kristen and Josh’s Loring Social Wedding!

Typically the term, “Minnesota heatwave” is laughable to those from the south, but the monstrous heat that accompanied Kristen and Josh’s wedding was no joke! We are talking 115 with the heat index. It sounds miserable, I know. However, It’s actually one of those awesome details that are so out of the ordinary for a Minnesota wedding that it not only sets the scene but really memorializes the day and gives an extra punch of exaggeration when Kristen and Josh get to reflect back.

The wedding itself was luckily inside at the ever romantic Loring Social venue in Minneapolis right beside Loring park. This 1900s decked-out building brought in the perfect ambiance with vaulted ceilings and chandeliers that really set the tone for the amazing processional that was, indeed, StarWars.

The Loring Social itself was built to bring a type of New York edgy vibe into this little spot in Minneapolis, and that it did! Balanced with the cobblestone path right outside, the scene gave way to the perfect opportunity for Kristen and her crew to show off their badassery.

Luckily, the horrendous heat setup the sky for an amazing sunset and capitalize on this we sure did. Kristen and Josh wandered away from their party, super stoked that they had done the damn thing and really let loose to allow for some amazing photos among the trees at Loring Park. 

Kristen and Josh, you successfully won at wedding. Cheers to you both 🙂
