There’s something undeniably magical about a summer wedding at The Gardens of Castle Rock, and this one felt like stepping into a Summer dream. With sunlight filtering through the trees and flowers in full bloom, the setting was as romantic as it gets.

Before the ceremony, the couple shared a private first look tucked away in the gardens, where they exchanged their own vows for their ears only— just the two of them. It was an intimate pause in the day, filled with deep connection and quiet joy mixed with heavy laughter.

Their ceremony took place at the one-of-a-kind Lath House at The Gardens of Casle Rock- a rustic wood structure nestled into the hill, draped in lush cascading white wisteria. Hundreds of softly glowing café lights added even more magic to the space, making it one of sweetest and romantic ceremony locations in all of Minnesota.

With the formalities behind them, the couple took time to truly soak in the joy of the day, spending intentional moments with their guests, sharing laughter, stories, and happy tears.

Touching speeches from family and friends filled the air with emotion and gratitude, giving everyone a glimpse into the love and support surrounding Kim and Alex. As the sun dipped lower, the energy shifted from tender to festive with yard games, dances that lit up the floor, fun aunts, and when the night felt like it couldn’t get better — out came the glow sticks!
