Meghan and Grant got hitched outdoors among the trees at the Hidden Greens event venue in Hastings Minnesota.

Referrals for wedding photographers are one of the best things for business and for booking more clients, however, the coolest part about being referred to another couple by a past couple is that you are already like family.

In the case of Meghan and Grant, we had photographed Meghan’s brothers wedding 5 years prior. Thus, we already knew the friendly parents, adorable siblings and amazing vibes we were walking into. Not only that, we learned that the wedding we shot many moons ago is where their love story picked up! They were both in the wedding party for Meghan’s brother and after walking down the aisle together then, at some point realized they wanted to walk down the aisle together as husband and wife.

The day started with multiple reveals starting with the bridesmaids, then dad, then brother, then groom’s daughter, and finally each other. Whew! With all the emotions flying around, when Meghan gave Grant a pin of his father to wear, it made it hard to keep back some tears. No worries though, emotions and small moments are what make a wedding a good one and this wedding had plenty.

Thus with full laughs, some tears, and all the good vibes, the wedding day carried on.

We are so happy we had the chance to document this continued love story among friends and family and cant wait to see them all again.
