Started off this season with this Dakota Lodge Wedding with Lindsay, Channing, sunshine, and an abundance of smiles.

Just minutes from downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis Dakota Lodge is a beautiful space surrounded by trees and a lovely lake for sunset.

Channing and Lindsay has a small guest count of people who showed up to see them share their vows. Earl and I were lucky enough to capture some private vows during the first look as well.
We got to wander around the trees and sunlight and pretend to be woodland creatures as we captured their smiles and love.

After the ceremony, the couple had games and puzzles for their guest and the option to write a note to the couple for their anniversary time-capsule box.

Their good friend had the honor of officiating, a trend that we absolutely love.

Channing’s mother, a Jill of all trades, did the makeup and they had their friend-team help with setup.
This wedding was a team effort by friends and family and they did a fantastic job!
