Amazing food is a huge factor in a wedding day which is why Nicole and Jake had a delicious Copper Hen Kitchen wedding last weekend.
Not only does this quaint venue offer delicious food, but the space itself is decked out beautifully making decorating easy. The ambiance and textures really fit with a small and intimate wedding that is ultimately a feeling that your wedding is a lovely dinner party for family and friends. Oh also, the best part, it’s dog friendly!
While Nicole and Jake decided to share their vows and celebrate dinner party style at the Copper Hen, they wanted to pay tribute to other facets of their life too.
So, for the first look and some party photos, we headed to Minneapolis Sculpture garden where they had their first date. In the couples own words “He asked if he could help by Recyling my water bottle after introducing himself, which was the best first date intro. Our favorite artwork piece was trying to guess North Korean dictator’s favorite movies through pre-recorded charades (weird, right? but hilarious).”
After their first look where the magic began, we added their fur babies to the mix. Enter Louie and Wells.
This Copper Hen Kitchen wedding was a great reflection of the couple and their vision of the day which was the coming together of family and friends. Cheers to them both!
Other small venue vibes check out this brunch wedding at the Hewing hotel.
