One thing I’m coming to learn while living in Minnesota is that cabin life is a really big deal here. During the warm months that are far and few, many locals take off early Friday and head up to the cabin for the weekend.
Well, the cabin life is a REALLY big deal for Heidi and her family. They have not one but multiple cabins side by side along Pequot lakes. The magic of a cabin wedding is so strong that when James came into the picture, he too felt it’s enchantment and even decided to propose there. So obviously the choice of where to get married was pretty simple.
Thus, the chain of family cabins came together to create the perfect intimate space for Heidi and James to continue their story together.
The idea of getting married somewhere meaningful really speaks to me and I just adore the idea that every time Heidi and James travel from Chicago all the way to their family cabins, they have new amazing memories to flood over them during their visit. Well done you two!
