Lights! Camera! Action! Welcome to a showing of the once in a lifetime masterpiece – Shannon and Bryan’s Chanhassen Dinner Theatre wedding! Buckle in for romance, drama, purple, and a surprise mural appearance of Minnesota’s own Prince of Funk. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll want to throw flowers to our stars!

Now, curtains up!

The big day begins as our heroine Shannon takes a moment to read a special note from Dad. 



Then it was time embrace uplifted spirits and super sparkly sparkling wine bottles – in royal purple of course 🙂

Shannon’s mother and grandmother help their beautiful granddaughter with last minute details – coming together in her gown and donning her wedding day jewelry.

We captured Dad’s adorable reaction to seeing his daughter for the first time on her wedding day!

Before the ceremony, Shannon and Bryan had their sweet first look together with a frolic through the greenery afterward!

Before heading out for their Chanhassen Dinner Theatre wedding, Shannon, Bryan, and their wedding besties took a detour to the Chanhassen Cinema for a blessing from the Prince of Funk. Nothing quite says love, Minnesota, and a little drama like this amazing Prince Mural!

Under a purple-tinged chandelier and in the light and support of their friends and family, Bryan and Shannon came together for their ceremony. It was one for the books – love, commitment, care, and of course a little humor. Here, the officiant just referred to Bryan’s mom as a total badass 🙂

After the buzz of the big moment, we snuck off with our hero and heroine for some couples portraits in the lounge.

One of the perks of a Chanhassen Dinner Theatre wedding is the naturally classy decor, making for excellent photography 🙂

As with all good theater, the reception had its touches of drama! Here we see wedding party member and brother of the groom enthusiastically attempting to drum up a bid on himself during a date auction!

We snuck off again to capture some beautiful shots of the bride and groom in the happy afterglow of their festivities. The Chanhassen Dinner Theatre wedding locale offered some great spots for texture, color, and light!

Of course, the moms graced us with their badass presence!

Then it was back to the party for dinner and dancing!

As the reception went on into the night, Shannon’s Grandma and Grandpa showed us all what real romance looks like.
